# [Plugin: CDN Sync Tool] Please help me

 * First off– I am a novice when it comes to websites, coding, etc. I know a little,
   but not that much. My site uses a TON of images, so using this sync tool with
   amazon s3 seemed like a great solution for storage. But i cannot get the sync
   tool to work
 * Ok, I have downloaded the latest version of cdn sync tool (2.0.4). I entered 
   the information for my amazon s3 account. I clicked “sync” then got a prompt:“
   all files synced” after about 1 second.
 * *When I go to my amazon account no files have been uploaded to s3.*
 * So apparently it is not syncing.
 * I don’t know if it’s that I did something wrong configuring it (I don’t think
   so) or what the problem is. i don’t even know what it is supposed to happen– 
   what i am supposed to see in s3 when the sync is actually working correctly? 
   a screenshot might be helpful. Also, step by step instructions for configuring
   it for idiots like me would be helpful.
 * Is anyone else having this problem? Does it work for anyone else? Am I not configuring
   it correctly? Please help me. This plugin is crucial to my site and I would do
   just about anything to get it working.

    Now requires W3 Super Cache Improved integration with W3 Super Cache Added
   Origin Pull as CDN option
 * What is W3 Super Cache? IF it is required, where do i find it? I thought I needed
   WP Super Cache. Do you mean W3 Total Cache?

 * I am sorry you are having trouble configuring this. I am not able to reproduce
   this issue though. Would you be able to send an email to [support@catn.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/plugin-cdn-sync-tool-please-help-me/support@catn.com?output_format=md)
   with the subject line ‘CDN Sync Tool – Bug’ and include in it your S3 connection
   details (but not the private key!). I will try to verify that they are correct
   and what is going wrong with your configuration.
 * Re: W3 Super Cache;
    That is a typo on my behalf, it does indeed need WP Super
   Cache and **not** W3 Total Cache.
