 * when i add plugins like all in one seo pack and UP pinger, i can manage to activate
   them but not to start using them. where does their menu show up? on the dashboard?
   please excuse me. i am a newbie trying to learn.
    thank you in advance for any
   advice.

 * Every plugin seems to be a bit different–but typically plugins either create 
   a menu item under Manage or Settings and sometime they create a ‘main level’ 
   menu option.
 * Also many of the plugins will include readme.txt files or provide documentation
   at the plugin authors web-site.
