# Plugin changes listing set up when active

 * Plugin version: 3.1.0
 * WordPress version: 6.2
 * WP PHP version: 7.4.33
 * Can’t use your site’s contact form. When the plugin is active and set up, it 
   changes the set up of the listing. I also do not have the option to choose how
   it appears as well.

 * I’m sorry to hear the plugin distorts the page structure.
 * Could you please create a staging site, then do the following?
    - Check for conflict to see which theme/plugin CSS/JS is affected by the Preview

    - Clear Cache (Server and Plugin)
 * If the issue continues after this, could you please paste your Site Health Info
   to [pastebin.com](https://pastebin.com/)? This can be found by going to Tools
   > Site Health > Info and clicking “Copy site info to clipboard”.
 * Please let me know how it goes.

 * Hey there and thanks for getting back to me. It looks like the issue is that 
   it’s not compatible with my theme. I did the troubleshooting tests and the moment
   I enabled my current site’s theme, it gave me the issue with how it’s viewed.
 * The theme that I’m using is [Creatify](https://blockifywp.com/downloads/creatify/)
   and is using WordPress’ Block Builder which I suspect may be the real issue since
   it worked fine when using one of WordPress’ default themes.

 * Apologies for the late response.
 * I have checked this theme, and its structure is definitely quite different compared
   to other themes. While I cannot promise a fix as it’ll take a while to understand
   how the theme works, I am going to look into it more.
