 * What does this plugin do for expired licenses?
    Is there any function or how 
   do i manage expired license keys? If I try activating expired license keys, it
   activates the key even if its expired.

 * I changed the settings of the key from active to expired, it shows a notification
   on the client side as license expired.
    I guess i cant test or debug the plugin
   by changing the date of expiry.
 * One question, how do this plugin check if the license is already expired via 
   server side?
    Is it when the server is being accessed by the admin?

 * The server doesn’t check the expiry. In your client, you can add code that does
   an API query to the server (whenever you want) to check the status of the license.
   Then do something based on the status.
 * It is better for the client to query the server (as opposed to the server trying
   to communicate with the client).
