Plugin clashes with Grid theme

I have installed and activated the plugin but once I do that my theme stops working. I see the following error in Chrome’s console log:

Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function

The theme I use is this one:

Any help will be appreciated, I’m really interested in this plugin.
