 * I was trying to get SupporCandy for a new website I am working on only to find
   out it is no longer available for download and that the plugin is pending a full
   review.
 * Could you please shed some light on the issue? Should I look for an alternative?

 * I’ve had the unfortunate experience of this happening to one of my plugins. It
   sucks. Panic sets in, but you can’t rush the fix. Patch it good rather than fast.
   My copies are inactive until you are good to go.
