Howdy. Is it possible to open language and plugin via a URL?

Basically I’m using this to just do one translation and everytime i visit the tool, i have to scroll down and find the plug and the language that needs work…

Currently there is no direct url to do something with a plugin. The last update at least remembers after launching editor, from which component it has been launched and scrolls to after going back to overview page.
