It would ne nice of the uploaded images would be in the media folder, so they could be managed like other images in the media dashboard.

I’ll consider doing this in the next version, though I’m a fan of keeping the files in the directory that WordPress dedicates to uploads.
I’ll follow up in this thread with the next release and see what I can do.
