# [Plugin: CommentLuv] cannot view videos

 * I have just installed CommentLuv, and am trying to get it to work (it doesn’t
   yet), but I can’t get the “help?” videos to play on the set up page. A white 
   box pops up, but nothing appears in it. Thank you for your help.
