 * The plugin works great, with the exception of with the Events Manager Pro plugin.
When a user selects a link that takes them to a different install with the events
manager event submission form it says that the user is not logged in (must be
logged in to manage and submit event) even though the site shows the user as
logged in in the menu (and other user data is displayed).
 * Any idea what could cause user to be shown as logged out to the Events Manager
   Pro Plugin?
 * All pages that users are directed to are excluded from cache.
