 * Im using the Booking Calendar plugin (onlinebookingcalendar.com). When CGM plugin
   is active the Insert Booking Calendar button in page / post editing screen doesn’t
   work.

   which I cannot download without paying.

 * Having said that, can you please retest with the latest version of my plugin 
   3.1.0? I changed the way I load jQuery UI library in my plugin, perhaps it will
   fix the conflict with Booking Calendar
