 * there is a conflict with plugins, which add values to the URL.
    A example is 
   iThemes Security. This plugin add itsec-hb-token=XXX to the URL. And so the hook[
   reset_url] get be wrong: [http://ABC.com/wp-login.php](http://ABC.com/wp-login.php)**?**
   itsec-hb-token=AAA**?**action=rp&key=XXX&login=YYY (take a look at the two Question
   marks).
