 * Hello! A third-party plugin is causing issues with a section on my website. Unfortunately,
   I’m unable to contact the plugin’s provider because there’s no information available
   online. Could someone help me identify and fix the underlying problem? I would
   appreciate any advice.
 * PS: Elementor is experiencing difficulties accessing the section affected by
   the plugin issue.

 * Hi,
 * Can you explain the problem that plugin is creating? That would help in identifying
   the problem.

 * Thank you for your time…
 *
   **So I was working on editing my homepage, **On the introduction text, I added
   an icon with an absolute alignment and saved it to global folder. after I noticed
   I couldnt really edit it properly. I was trying to figure out what was going
   on. And then realised an existing plugin was causing problems since I couldnt
   really login back to the elementor editing mode for the homesection, it works
   on the other sections.
 * I also **received an email saying:**
   WordPress has a built-in feature that detects
   when a plugin or themecauses a fatal error on your site, and notifies you with
   thisautomated email.
 * In this case, WordPress caught an error with one of your plugins,
   Ultimate Property
   Search.Please contact your host for assistance with investigating this issue
   further.

 * OK, can you try enabling the Safe Mode in Elementor and see if the problem persists?
   You can enable it from **Elementor -> Tools -> Safe Mode**.
 * In Safe Mode, Elementor is isolated from your installed themes and plugins. Now,
   try deactivating every plugin (except Elementor and Elementor Pro). When the
   issue is fixed, try activating the plugin one by one to find which one was culprit.
 * **_Don’t worry, in safe mode, only logged-in users are affected, your site visitors
   will continue to see your site as they should._**

 * Hi Thanks! but this is not working… I know which plugin is the problem but even
   when I disable it. its not working…

 * Then that plugin may simply be a component of the problem, not the cause.
 * Please attempt to deactivate _all_ plugins and switch to the default Twenty Twenty-
   Three theme. If the problem goes away, re-activate them one by one to identify
   the source of the problem.
 * If you can install plugins, install [Health Check](https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/).
   On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to deactivate all plugins
   and change the theme for you while you’re still logged in **without affecting
   normal visitors to your site**.

 * Hi James,
 * Thank you. But I am afraid this is not working. Also, Heath Check has quite a
   few bad reviews, Sorry but I don’t dare to try this. I would need to find something
   more reliable. If anyone knows, please let me know.
   When I tried to deactivate
   all the plugins I still couldn’t work on the site homepage.I haven’t tried to
   switch to Twenty-TwentyThree as I need to understand a few things: 1. Switching
   a theme, Could I run the risk of corrupting my site more?2. will it make it more
   complicated to switch back?3. Will my visitors see the changes? I know you can
   work on safe mode, but I am not super familiar with how it works.Thank you for
   your time…

 * To the 3 questions, the answer is always “maybe” if you don’t use the Health
   Check plugin’s Troubleshooting mode, and “never” if you do.
 * Most of the bad reviews are from folks who didn’t understand it or had far worse
   going on with their sites.
 * If you’re worried, make a manual backup first: [https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/security/backup/](https://developer.wordpress.org/advanced-administration/security/backup/)
