 * Hi
 * I am using the v2.2.31 of Glossary plugin (free edition) on WordPress 6.4.5 and
   I am facing a conflict with the Tag Groups plugin which is used for aggregating
   multiple tags into a group.
 * The problem happens when I open a page that contains my tag groups shortcodes.
   With the Glossary plugin enabled, it throws a PHP error stack track. With the
   Glossary plugin disabled, it works fine.
 * Here is the image to the PHP stack track which also points to the PHP code of
   Glossary plugin.

 * Please advise if there is a way to solve this problem.

 * Hi,
    seems that the issue is the Thrive visual editor that is doing something
   bad looking at the stack trace. So when it is time for our plugin something broke
   and you get that error.
 * That plugin is not free so I can’t test it locally, you can disable the Alphabetical
   order in Glossary Archives in the plugin settings and that code in our plugin
   will not be executed.

 * Hi [Daniele](https://wordpress.org/support/users/mte90/)
 * Apologies for the delayed response on this.
 * I understand that the Thrive is not free. I am creating a staging site to debug
   this.
 * Would it be ok to share the staging credentials with you to have a look?

 * No because this kind of support we provided only for PRO customers and for free
   plugins.
    If one of the pro customers has issues with a premium plugins we investigate
   but WordPress has thousands of plugins and we need to separate the supports.
