 * We’re having an issue with the Yotpo plugin on our site. We’re using the most
current versions of the WordPress core, WooCommerce, and the Yotpo plugin.
 * I’ve duplicated the issue on our staging site, and that is the link I’ve provided.
The issue occurs when we use the Unbounce software in conjunction with our site.
We’ve verified that when the Yotpo plugin is disabled, everything works 100%
correctly. The error looks like the plugin is trying to schedule an action within
   WooCommerce.
 * The Unbounce software allows us to create split tests on our site. The pages
that we create within Unbounce aren’t handled by WordPress, and we’re guessing
that this behavior has something to do with that fact.
 * I’m currently running a query against our WP database for any indication that
information about these Unbounce pages is stored there, but I’m not very optimistic
   that I’ll find anything.
 * Anyhow, I wanted to get this ticket in as soon as possible. Will update the ticket
if I come across anything else worthwhile. Let me know if I can provide you with
any other information that would be helpful.
 * The page I need help with: _[[log in](https://login.wordpress.org/?redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fwordpress.org%2Fsupport%2Ftopic%2Fplugin-conflict-causing-server-error%2F%3Foutput_format%3Dmd&locale=en_US)
   to see the link]_

 * [@writerdan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/writerdan/) the error message
that appears is from the internal error handler in the Yotpo plugin.
    Can you
try commenting out line 449 in wc_yotpo.php? This should prevent handling the
exception and remove error handler in Yotpo from the flow (which itself doesn’t
seem to be in the stack).

 * [@hxii](https://wordpress.org/support/users/hxii/), nope. The error still persists.
 * We’ve updating some of the details of our hosting package since I started this
   ticket.
 * The new analogous page for the url I presented above is:

 * [@writerdan](https://wordpress.org/support/users/writerdan/) pardon for the delay,
   was away on medical leave.
Could you try removing the following lines from wc_yotpo.
   php? [https://github.com/YotpoLtd/woocommerce-plugin-yotpo-reviews/blob/master/trunk/wc_yotpo.php#L451-L486](https://github.com/YotpoLtd/woocommerce-plugin-yotpo-reviews/blob/master/trunk/wc_yotpo.php#L451-L486)

 * In the interim, we moved our site to a different server for performance reasons,
and the issue between the Yotpo plugin and Unbounce pages has resolved itself.
Not sure what might have affected the change, but whatever it was, it’s not causing
an issue anymore. My developer brain is a little concerned, as we weren’t able
to find what was causing the problem and it may climb up to bite us later, but
my manager brain says count your blessings and move on.
 * So, we can close this ticket for now. If the issue comes up again, I’ll let you
   know.
 * Thanks for your response. Hope you’re doing well after your medical leave.
 * Cheers.
