 * Hi, when the IdeaPush plugin is active, it is not possible to view closed tickets
   in the admin area.
 * Please advise.

 * It might be a plugin conflict. Can you please confirm if you are able to view
   close tickets when the IdeaPush plugin is disabled?

 * Hi, any update? it seems like it became worse and now the 2 plugins can’t be 
   activated at the same time.

 * Hi, any update on this? We are unable to upgrade until this is resolved otherwise
   we will need to switch to the newly released FluentSupport.
