 * Hi Frank,
 * I’m having some issues with Rapidload that I’m hoping you can help resolve. I
   already tried working with their support team and gave them access to my site
   however they “resolved” it by changing a bunch of setting that broke functionality
   in a few key areas. You’ve always been very helpful so I’m hoping you are able
   to extend beyond your immediate area of responsibility and help me diagnose this
   ongoing issue.
 * The issue is “rapidload optimized version for the file missing” which seems to
   have trouble locating the autoptimize css file. This happens on a daily basis
   and usually in the morning there are 10-20 of these that I resolve by using the“
   refresh files immediately” option in rapidload but they always come back. For
   example, in the attached screenshot you can see this is the 3rd attempt for this
   particular file.
 * Please let me know if you’ve seen this issue before and have any ideas regarding
   settings that may be creating a conflict.
 * Thanks,
    Ryan

 * Afraid I don’t know Rapidload very well (I have it installed and it worked out
   of the box for me, but that’s about how far my experience goes). When this happens(
   in the morning), are all rules broken/ all files gone, or just a couple of them?
   Might something be clearing your site’s cache (incl. Rapidload) somehow?

 * Hi Frank,
 * I’m back to working directly with the RapidLoad team however nothing is bearing
   fruit so far as they are unable to work on my staging site and I don’t want them
   touching my production site.
 * Nothing is clearing the cache that I’m aware of. It’s fairly random as to which
   pages break and how many but typically 10-20 out of 250 or so.
 * One thing I failed to mention previously is the errors seem to occur on pages
   that use Elementor. I wonder if somehow Elementor’s CSS is conflicting.
 * Thanks,
    Ryan

 * Hey Ryan,
    Any news on this? I briefly talked to my contact at Rapidloads and
   working on staging would be an option for them, so maybe this would allow you/
   them to identify & fix the issue?

 * Hi Frank,
 * I tried to set up a staging site to work on but too many plugins had conflicts
   due to licenses and other issues that I abandoned the attempt altogether and
   tried to figure it out myself.
 * Eventually I ended up deactivating CSS optimization in Autoptimize and updated
   the Advanced settings in Rapidload to handle CSS optimization. This seemed to
   eliminate the issues with no adverse affect. Since Autoptimize was no longer
   handling CSS optimization I also deactivated Critical CSS.
 * So far, so good. Thanks for checking in.
