 * Hi [@procarmanuals](https://wordpress.org/support/users/procarmanuals/),
 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * I checked the page you shared, but the PDF appears to be rendering properly.
   Please see here: [https://a.supportally.com/v/Dsk9tD](https://a.supportally.com/v/Dsk9tD).
 * Please let me know if this issue is resolved already or if I am misunderstanding
   your request.
 * If the issue persists, can you please provide more details? Perhaps a screenshot
   or screencast could help provide more insight. Then we can take a deeper look.
 * Thanks 🙂

 * Examine the code of the page.
   Pay attention to where styles and js are loaded
   from.

 * Hi [@procarmanuals](https://wordpress.org/support/users/procarmanuals/),
 * I checked your site, and it seems the styles are being loaded from a cached folder
   on your site:
 * `/wp-content/cache/`
 * Please know that this folder is not created by the PDF Embedder plugin but by
   the caching plugin you are using on your site.
 * To avoid this, you will need to exclude the plugin URIs from your caching tools.
   You can learn more about how to do this here:
 * [https://wp-pdf.com/kb/using-caching-or-minifying-plugins/](https://wp-pdf.com/kb/using-caching-or-minifying-plugins/)
 * The plugin scripts are already minified so you will not be losing any efficiency
   or load speed by excluding them. Be sure to flush any caches after you exclude
   the scripts so that they can be loaded by the site again.
 * I hope this helps. If your request pertains to something else entirely, please
   feel free to share more details. If you can share a screenshot or example, that
   will really help to provide more insight an context for us to troubleshoot. But
   please be sure _not to include_ any personal or sensitive information when sharing
   any details.
 * Thanks 🙂

 * It’s not about the cache, it’s about the intersection of shorcodes.
   Study it
   more carefully.

 * Hey [@procarmanuals](https://wordpress.org/support/users/procarmanuals/),
 * Could you please be more specific? Right now it looks like you want us to guess
   what you have in mind.
 * Please explain clearly which conflict with the WP Media folder you are talking
   about, including the steps how to replicate that in a new WordPress install.
 * All JS of our PDF Embedder is loading just fine. The CSS code is loaded from
   the `wp-content/cache/flying-press` directory. If you don’t like it, please exclude
   the CSS of our plugin from the cache – we ship with the minified version of our
   styles so it won’t negatively affect you.
 * Thank you, and looking forward to your detailed reply.

 * The cache plugin is disabled.
   But the items are not loaded from your plugin:

 * Have you tried clearing CloudFlare cache?
 * There is no such plugin on WordPress.org called “WP Media Folder” with the `wp-
   media-folder` slug, so we can’t replicate the issue.
 * Please contact that “WP Media Folder” plugin authors for support as it looks
   like their plugin either include our CSS file inside of it OR they intercept
   some requests and modify the loaded CSS files. Maybe they have their own “clear
   cache” functionality which you should use.

 * I got it. [WP Media Folder](https://www.joomunited.com/ru/wordpress-%D0%BF%D1%80%D0%BE%D0%B4%D1%83%D0%BA%D1%82%D1%8B/wp-media-folder)–
   this plugin contains your plugin in 100% functionality and even more, what is
   in the paid version.
   Now that’s cool.
