Plugin conflicting with CSS

Hi there,

I’ve been having a problem with my company’s website where, when I set the link text color to be one thing in the theme options, it’s not showing up that way on the site. I found that when I deactivated WP Super Cache and All-in-one SEO, the problem more or less went away, but when I reactivated those plug-ins, it came up again. (by more or less, I mean that it still wouldn’t work if I entered the color in the field for link text but it would work if I wrote it in the custom code)

Is there a way around this that I can do only working from the WordPress dashboard and not going into any of the files through the host?
