 * Just letting you know we had to deactivate your plugin on our sites because it
   is conflicting with Gravity Forms. Specifically the file upload portion of gravity
   forms. When you add a photo to a gravity forms file upload field and submit,
   instead of seeing the confirmation message you see the form shortcode.
 * The data is submitted successfully the issue seems to be directly affecting the
   display of the confirmation message.

 * Gravity Forms is a Premium plugin, so unfortunately there is nothing I can do
   about this incompatibility.
 * I know there are issues with Relevanssi and Gravity Forms; it’s probably related
   to the fact that when Relevanssi indexes posts, it disables the Gravity Forms
   shortcode (because that breaks Relevanssi indexing).
 * Now, for some reason the file upload triggers Relevanssi indexing, which disables
   the Gravity Forms shortcode, and thus you see the shortcode instead of the form
   you should see.
 * Because I have no access to Gravity Forms, I can’t tell why that is happening
   and what Gravity Forms does to trigger Relevanssi indexing. I’d look at Relevanssi
   indexing settings: are there any post types related to Gravity Forms? Make sure
   Relevanssi is indexing none of those.
 * Are those uploaded files added to the WordPress media library as attachments?
   If they are, then having Relevanssi index attachments may also cause this issue;
   I’d try making sure Relevanssi is not set to index attachments to see if that
   helps.

 * Hi Mikko,
 * Thank you for all of the information. I did some more testing and the problem
   lies specifically with the Expand shortcodes when indexing option. I turned that
   off Gravity forms had no issue on submission.

 * Relevanssi is already turning off the `gravityform` shortcode when indexing.
   Does Gravity Forms have another shortcode that’s causing this problem? I could
   add that to the list of excluded shortcodes, so that indexing with “Expand shortcodes”
   enabled would still work.

 * Hi Mikko,
 * I spoke with Gravity Forms and they advised that I give you the exact shortcode
   I am seeing on form submission. That shortcode is:
 *     ```
       [gravityform id=”104″ title=”false” description=”false”]
       ```
 * Hm, ok, Relevanssi should already disable that shortcode when saving posts.
 * So sorry, can’t help you further with this, at least not without having Gravity
   Forms to study this a bit more. Looks like you need to keep Expand shortcodes
   disabled then.
 * Hi Mikko,
 * Thanks for the information, I will keep the expand shortcodes option disabled.
   I hope in the future it can be turned back on as we have things on the site we
   would love to have indexed in that capacity.
 * Johanna
