 * As a paid user, I am really disappointed with the support offered by the provider
of this plugin. I have raised an issue on two occasions and have not received
any response at all. This is very poor customer service.
 * There are two noticeable problems with this plugin.
 * (a) The plugin conflicts with Happy Addons for Elementor. The console log displays
the following error which relates to the order the method is called before jQuery
   is loaded.
 * jquery.countdown.js?ver=2.0.2:28 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘createPlugin’
   of undefined
    at jquery.countdown.js?ver=2.0.2:28 at jquery.countdown.js?ver=
   2.0.2:892
 * (b) I foolishly thought that if I disabled this widget from the settings that
the JS and any other requirements would no longer be included. My understanding
is that the ‘turn on, turn off’ functionality is there to allow users to slim
down the amount of JS loaded for widgets they are not using.
 * I would urge PP Elements to address these issues and improve their customer support
   for paid customers.

 * As a paid user, the author cannot have a conversation with you here. They are
not allowed to, no one is permitted to support their customers here.
 * For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their
site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.
 * As the author is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
