# Plugin Conflicts Errors

* Hello, I am suing ithemes security and Shield Plugin since year. There was no
problem BUT from last 4 days, I am getting errors. In ithemes security site check,
I got this error:
* Invalid IP returned: WordPress › Error
You were blocked by the [Shield](https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-simple-firewall/).
Something in the URL, Form or Cookie data wasn’t appropriate.
Warning: You
have 1 remaining transgression(s) against this site and then your IP address
will be completely blocked.
**Seriously, stop repeating what you are doing
or you will be locked out.**
* It shows Shield Plugin is blocking itheme . I checked and uninstalled Shield.
Then, itheme Secure Site Check Option doesn’t give any error.
* So please help.

* Hi, I can’t comment on ithemes – I’ve no idea what they’re doing. However, if
Shield is blocking something, which this error is showing, you’ll need to look
at your audit trail, and determine what’s being blocked. Then either whitelist
the parameter that’s triggering the block, or turn of the particular firewall
option.

* okay, so i found that disabling transversal paths setting , this error does not
come
