This is very unusual behavior as sometimes they seem to work fine and sometimes broken. The footer is working fine, and there is no broken thing at the moment. My custom footer becomes completely unstyled with menu module. Even happens when editing which is strange. I disabled the plugin and confirmed it only happens when it’s active.
