Plugin conflicts with Jetpack

There seems to be a conflict with the Jetpack plugin… when trying to favorite a custom post with jetpack enabled, even though the favorite button changes status, it doesn’t appear to actually save the post as a favorite. (Sometimes the button will revert back to the un-favorited state after a few seconds.)

I’ve tried disabling different parts of jetpack to see if I could pinpoint exactly what might be causing, it but it doesn’t seem to be very consistent. Occasionally it will save, but most of the time it doesn’t.

Any idea what might be going on? Otherwise this looks like a really cool plugin.
