# Plugin conflicts with search

 * Hi,
 * I saw the other post about the plugin conflict with search but this still isn’t
   solved in the latest release. For example:
    - Go to [https://www.carpwhisperer.com/](https://www.carpwhisperer.com/)
    - Search for ‘voorslag’
    - Nothing will be found
 * This product should be found at least:
 * [https://www.carpwhisperer.com/voorslag/](https://www.carpwhisperer.com/voorslag/)(
   word voorslag is in the product description)
 * When I disable the Hide Categories and Products for Woocommerce plugin search
   for ‘voorslag’ will result in 4 results which can be seen here on clone of the
   site:
 * [https://woocommerce-466872-3276610.cloudwaysapps.com/?s=voorslag&post_type=product](https://woocommerce-466872-3276610.cloudwaysapps.com/?s=voorslag&post_type=product)
 * No categories or products are hidden in the plugin settings. 
   Can this be fixed
   please?

 * Due to the fact search needs to work on live I disabled the plugin on live and
   enabled it on the clone. So testing as mentioned above can be done on [https://woocommerce-466872-3276610.cloudwaysapps.com/?s=voorslag&post_type=product](https://woocommerce-466872-3276610.cloudwaysapps.com/?s=voorslag&post_type=product)

 * Same problem. I gave it a shot and updated from 1.2.3 to 1.2.9 since an update
   said they’d fixed it conflicting with search, but same issue. For instance, if
   I search “steps” in search, tons of results will come up in the ajax search, 
   but when I hit enter, it says no products found. If I disable this plugin, all
   the products show up properly in search after hitting enter. So all versions 
   after 1.2.3 cause this issue. I had to revert back again to 1.2.3
