 * I have now been locked out of CC several times because the login from the plugin
   is failing. I know it’s the right passsword and account, because I copied/pasted
   when I set the password on CC and then when I tried to login via WP. Is there
   some trick to this?

 * Peter: No, no answer. I gave up and used a form created on the CC site itself.
   I got tired of having to reset the password on CC.
