Plugin Constantly Disconnects

I spent over $700 on the Enterprise Premium plan and installed this plugin on around 400 of my client’s websites. I went through the painful process (6+ hours of time) of connecting each site to the Google Analytics account, and a few days later they were all displaying this error:
ExactMetrics encountered an error loading your report data
There is an issue with your Google Account authentication. Please use the button below to fix it by re-authenticating.I emailed the support team, and after a few days they responded saying that it was an issue on Google’s side and recommended that I reconnected all of the websites.
I waited a couple weeks and then went through and reconnected all of the websites again. Within 20 minutes, they’re all disconnected again.
Their support team is not responding to me, so I have no clue how to proceed.
UPDATE:
Review has been updated. I heard back from the team and they’re working on a solution due to Google’s limitations!
