What codes exactly have you put into your Form textarea in the management page of the plugin? It seems you’re missing a necessary tag there.

Can someone explain the syntax for adding ReCaptcha? Seems Contact Form 7 works with two different types and I’m confused about what to paste into my CF 7 fields to display ReCaptcha.
The FAQ at http://contactform7.com/faq/#CAPTCHA_does_not_work_the_image_does_not_show_up says:

On http://contactform7.com/addons/ the syntax is:
[recaptcha your-recaptcha]
In the previous comment I see:

@relaxedguy do not confuse Really Simple CAPTCHA and reCAPTCHA. They are two entirely different things.
Contact Form 7 officially supports Really Simple CAPTCHA as its CAPTCHA parts and it uses [captchac your-captcha] and [captchar your-captcha] pair of tags. What people talk about on this topic is this Really Simple CAPTCHA.
While [recaptcha your-recaptcha] is tag for reCAPTCHA add-on module for Contact Form 7.
Why don’t you ask your server support guys?
cause they dont offer wordpress hosting, and it didnt start till the update
