 * I am new to WordPress, so I need some help with code, please!
 * On my website I have completed a form to solicit donations using Contact Form
   7 and redirected the Submit button to a customized PayPal page. I am asking people
   to select a checkbox for a donation amount on the website form; however, since
   the donation amounts vary, PayPal is currently set up without a pre-determined
   donation amount. Though it seems redundant, I want to keep the information on
   the form because it gets sent to me by email, so I need to redirect to different
   pre-populated PayPal pages based on which Donation Amount they select.

 * Essentially here’s what I want to happen on the form:
 * They select from the following options in a checkbox:
    A B C
 * And the code does the following:
 * If A is selected link to URLA upon submission
 * If B is selected, link to URLB upon submission
 * And so on…
 * Any help would be much appreciated!!!
