[Plugin: Contact Form 7] REQUEST

Only load /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-7/jquery.form.js?ver=2.52 when on a contact form. This way the jquery file is not loaded on posts/page/etc..
OR
Allow admins to disable this header include and we can script around it…
This would allow for faster load times… jquery.form.js is 22.1k
