[Plugin: Cool Video Gallery] Conflict affects button in TinyMCE

I want to use CVG for uploaded vidoes and ‘Youtube with style’ (by Chris McCoy) for links to YouTube (to get over problem of companies who block YouTube).

However, when both plugins are active, the CVG button in TinyMCE disappears.

Anything you do/suggest to get the button back?
