I am trying to embed it within a sliding tab in a page.

If you are trying to use PHP functions to show shortcodes in your template, I suppose it wont work. And only showcase and slideshow PHP functions are exposed now. All options will be available is you are making the shortcode as page/post content and then publish it.
Hey I plugged in the shortcode on this page and I see the thumbnail to the video, but when I click it, it doesn’t play. A shadowbox pops up and nothing happens. Here’s link

If i deactivate shadowbox it works, but I don’t want to deactivate shadowbox. Anyway around this?
