first step:
select the video file, upload and send

May I know what is the size of the file you are trying to upload. I haven’t come across such an issue in my environment.
Also I’m not sure if it is an issue with the language of your WordPress blog. Could you try doing the same in an English version of WordPress. Currently, CVG does not support other languages. If that is the case it will be of good input to me for future upgrades.

I am testing the video is 24Mb. Regarding the language is Portuguese, but I do not think have problems with this because the plugin has worked previously.
In the “overview” is giving the following message:

this may be causing the problem?

Please verify with your host provider if exec() functionality is enabled or not in your webserver.
the problem of not loading the video was resolved by upgrading WordPress and Plugin. But checking with the provider, it does not access the function ffmpeg. Thanks.
