# Plugin could not be deleted error

    I receive the following error whenever I try to remove a plugin: “Plugin
   could not be deleted due to an error: Could not fully remove the plugin(s) jetpack/
   jetpack.php.”
 * Can anyone help? Thanks

 * [FTP](http://codex.wordpress.org/FTP_Clients) into your site (or use whatever
   file management application your host provides) & delete the wp-content/plugins/
   jetpack folder. Then re-install the plugin.
