# Plugin Crashed Site

 * I just installed this plugin about ten minutes ago and after I clicked ‘activate’
   the entire site went down and I got a 524 error. The only way I could get the
   site back up was by going in via FTP and deleting the plugin file that way.
 * I can see that being a big problem for users who may not be comfortable troubleshooting
   those types of problems.

 * sorry that it happened. But it doesn’t happen on any of my testing or life environments.
   So, there is not much, I could investigate on.
