# Plugin Crashed Site & No Images

 * Hello, I reached out via email and the contact form but no reply. I am hoping
   that this will reach you.
 * I updated the plugin to version 6.3.2 PRO and it caused the page to crash when
   using masonry or gallery mode. I switched the mode to half and now it will load
   but the images are missing. I tried clearing the cache in both the plugin and
   the website and also connected the app again. No of this worked. Any help would
   be greatly appreciated.

 * As the developer is aware, commercial products are [not supported in these forums](https://wordpress.org/support/guidelines/#do-not-post-about-commercial-products).
   I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
