# Plugin crashes site, cannot connect database

 * I have notificationx installed for many months. Recently, I noticed the plugin
   is causing my site to run very slow. I turned off each plugin and tested that
   the root cause is with this plugin. Does this plugin currently have issues with
   the recent woocommerce /wordpress update?
 * My site takes more than 40 seconds to load and admin dashboard is extremely slow,
   often connection error with database

   I am really
   sorry to hear about this inconvenience caused. This is quite strange! We have
   almost 30k+ active users and I didn’t hear of any issues like this. But It would
   be really appreciable if you please share your website URL and the version of
   NotificationX you’re using now. So that I can check this issue more deeply and
   let you know the solution soon. Thank you
