 * hey, absolutely love the plug – does everything i need and nothing more!
 * except add this: (name)rp4wp_cached (value)1 into my custom fields – but only
   after entering another custom field (which I use alot).
 * It cannot be deleted, and if edited, the new edit stays in place with another
   copy of the above!
 * Plugin version: 1.8.1
    WordPress version: 4.1.1

 * I add the meta field to detect which posts are cached and which aren’t. The plugin
   can’t work without these meta fields.
