# Plugin creates critical error

 * This plugin creates a critical error on my website. When the plugin is turned
   on, I get a white screen with a critical error message when visiting my website.

   I am
   using version 2.7.10 of Powerpack and version 3.26.2 of Elementor (I have just
   updated Elementor but the problem still persists).

 * You are using too old version of PowerPack. The version that you are using was
   released on September 20, 2023. The latest version is v2.8.3. Please update PowerPack
   to the latest version and I am sure you will not face any issues.

   be no update for the plugin I currently have, which is called **PowerPack Pro
   for Elementor**. I did install the plugin called **PowerPack Lite for Elementor**,
   which is version 2.8.3, but when activated it also crashes my website.
