 * May I ask how the plugin “decides” which are the related posts? It’s not about
   categories or tags, right?
 * Could I decide which posts I would like to relate and which not in a simple way?

 * Hi,
 * The plugin uses mySQL’s full text index to match the posts based on title and
   content (optional). This gives a set of posts that are ranked based on their 
   relevance.
 * It doesn’t use categories or tags currently and you are not able to choose the
   relation on the post by post basis. However, if you don’t want a particular set
   of categories and/or posts to appear in the related list you can exclude this
   via the Settings page.
