# Plugin CSS file not loading on Client Website

 * Hi, my client informed me today that there are weird display issues happening
   with the comments. [See here](https://gyazo.com/92d9223f6bfa3deca465d74b427bfea6)
   for an example. The thumbs up and down icons are huge, etc.
 * I turned on debugging and found there was [this php error](https://gyazo.com/73e7faff058db4c7949e0971a54d085b).
   Line 357 specified says [this](https://gyazo.com/725dbe492cb306f1c1266219e02d2532).
 * It cannot load the CSS file for some reason. Any idea as to why this is happening?
   
   I cleared the cache, turned off any optimization plugins, etc. Nothing sofar.
