 * When I clic in this option it reloads the same page but I cannot edit the content
   template.

 * ..but it opens the tempale at the same time in the wysiwyg editor.
    So go after
   clicking this option to the editor – and there you find your template.. (not 
   a perfect usability at this moment)

 * I think the confusion here is how these buttons work.
 * I just tested them and they work fine but then I know how I intended them to 
   work. I can understand any confusion. These buttons do not open the template 
   in the Edit Post screen or instantly display the design at the top of the screen
   and is actually meant to re-load the same page.
 * If you click on one of these buttons, then scroll down to the Create Content 
   Templates panel. Your template should have populated that panel. If that is not
   the case, that would indicate a problem.
 * This approach was the quickest to setup. I could display a WYSIWYG editor at 
   the top of the screen instead however a bug on adding a 2nd WYSIWYG editor has
   held this back. This improvement was not on the todo list so I have added it 
   to ensure it is not forgotten.
