 * Comma-separated values files are created differently on a Mac and PC. The difference
   lies in the line endings. Windows uses CR+LF for line endings, whereas Mac OS
   X uses just LF line endings.
 * You have to save your file as a Windows Comma Separated (.csv) in Excel for Mac
   for the import to to work. Otherwise you’ll see no error message – but you’ll
   find that 0 records have loaded in 0.01 seconds.
 * This should be added to the FAQ. (Alternately, the app should be more forgiving
   on line-ending conventions.)
