 * Yes, but you’d have to use PHPMyAdmin to export the DB as CSV first then use 
   [CSVPiG](http://blogpig.com/products/csvpig) to import the CSV into WordPress.
 * You’d also ideally need to use the Pro version of CSVPiG as that allows full 
   custom column mapping and post scheduling.
