 * Hello,
 * I like your form quite a bit and use it. However, I’d like to see if you could
   get it to validate and become accessible.
 * The main issue is that the form label and label id’s do not match ie.
 * The for attribute of the label element must refer to a form control.
    <label 
   for=”fixedEmail”>* Your Email</label>
 * The id automatically created is something like: fixedEmail-1342693423
 * Can we look at getting this fixed pretty please?
