 * I want my checkbox to be checked as a default option on the custom contact form
   5.1.0.1, but I just can’t get it done! Help!

 * I have the same problem. I tried the field options tab with a quite a few combinations
   with no success.
 * Can you give some more details how to set a checkbox to be checked by default?

 * I’ve not found any way to do this either, even after a LOT of looking. Is it 
   possible?
