 * I have created a custom post type in my plugin, and add/change/list/edit that
   works in admin.
 * so far so good…
 * I want to make a few add/change/delete/lists on the website. How do i do this
   via a template file?
    I can make template file, but how do I apply it ?
 * Or is this the wrong question?
