 * I have a plugin that stores information in custom tables that users may want 
   to keep until they migrate out of the database after uninstall. I have options
   to delete the data during deactivation, but would like to have a custom message
   on uninstall reminding them that uninstall will leave the data in place. Is this
   possible?
