 * Could you explain a manual installation :
 * 1) i don’t think you need wpcontent set at 755
    2) I can’t set wpcontent at 755
   on my host ( and this problem should appear with other users ).

 * I can confirm that I too am receiving the same message about needing to CHMOD
   the _wp-content_ folder to 755.
 * I did as suggested, however it then stated that it lacked write permissions for
   the _config.ini_ file. I’m a little curious about that particular error because
   according to the source code in the plugin I think it should be writing to _db-
   config.ini_, no? I could be wrong.

 * my solution was simple
    this happend when in plesk is enable the option PHP on
   safe mode the solution is deactivate it
