 * I have two questions:
 * I have purchased the Pro version of the plugin:
   Simple Table of Contents PRO
 * Is it necessary to also run the normal version?
   Easy Table of Contents
 * I am currently running both in parallel.
 * Somehow the Pro version always deactivates itself. Is this behaviour of the plugin
   already known as a bug?
